Job Summary Salary: $39.62-$50.52 Hourly
Performs professional and technical work related to system integration while being a hands-on manager. Manages, plans, develops, and provides technical oversight for software integration and applications between core business software systems, including ERP, police and fire CAD, records management and permitting/code enforcement including facilitating project teams, identifying resources, and establishing project objectives, schedules, and milestones, and developing standards for integration system architecture. The incumbent is responsible for identifying technical obstacles and managing complex troubleshooting efforts within the team, is able to quickly understand business needs and translate these needs into technical solutions. Additionally, the incumbent must understand cloud technologies, lead, mentor and manage integration developers, recognize automation opportunities, and understand common network protocols, system administration, security protocols, awareness of spatial data concepts, database structures and scripting and be a strong application developer. Must be able to think analytically and solve complex problems, to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and to enhance and enforce standards. Assignments are performed under general direction and supervision of the Client Support Services Manager and work is reviewed through audits, meetings, and results obtained.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and four (4) years of integration or software development experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Two (2) years of managerial experience required. Recent Cloud integration experience and .Net development experience desired. Must pass police background investigation.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.

USD 39.62 - 50.52 per hour
