Description
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. Years of service adjustments, shift differentials, and other targeted salary payments are applied to the total compensation of your paycheck and are subject to eligibility requirements of the appropriate differential.Job Location: This full time position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off.

This is an advanced professional position accountable for performing advanced professional accounting work that is wide in scope and complexity.
- Supervises Accounts Payable, Reimbursement, and Switchboard Departments.
- Monitors/reviews expenses, equipment accounts, State and Federal funds assuring spending is in compliance with rules and budgets.
- Ensures coding is correct.
- Completes monthly/yearly reports.
- Reviews banking transactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience and/or appropriate certification. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- Skill in interpreting and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
