Workdays & Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; This position offers a flexible work schedule depending on business needs. Overtime may be required.

A Facilities Planner job is available with the City of Fort Worth, Property Management Department - Facilities Planning. The Facilities Planner coordinates with senior staff preparing space-planning scenarios via a 2D or 3D computer-aided design software application, (example: AutoCAD / ArcGIS / Database tools) in response to requests from various City Departments for office space reconfiguration and minor renovations necessary to meet the department's plan. Prepares and tracks inventory of General Fund and Non-General Fund facilities and departmental space use plans. Organizes project files (digital and hard copy) of on-going and completed Architectural Services' projects.
