Position Description
Provide live support to lecturers and presenters remotely to facilitate synchronous distance education. May be required to possess a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle from the TTU/TTUHSC motor pool to perform the job.

Major/Essential Functions

• Interpret event schedules and build, monitor, and support video calls across campuses.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously by multitasking and prioritizing efficiently.
• Test AV and video conferencing equipment upon request and to an adequate performance.
• Provides phone support for live event management and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and clean and organized work station in order to produce the best possible video conferences.

Required Qualifications
Education and Experience: Two years of trade school with 2 years of experience OR High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience.
