Position DescriptionPerforms coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.
Major/Essential Functions- Manage BrassRing for External Relations and act as the POC for department on hiring matters.
- Recommend staff applicants for interviews based on previous work history and skills to determine if the applicant would be appropriate for departmental needs.
- Assists the staff to understand and support organizational policies and objectives.
- Represents the department and coordinates staff recruitment and onboarding functions to include enrollment, credentialing, orientations, and training as well as departmental orientation and training.
- Assist the department Administrator by enforcing and developing office operations and procedures.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
