Printing Services Manager to oversee the Printing Services Division operations and staff within the Department. The Printing Services Manager manages the overall operation of the County's printing system from design and production to final print, including responsibility for establishing operating procedures, and preparing and monitoring the printing services budget.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Travel Required: A valid California Class C Driver License is required to carry out the essential job-related functions of this position. Mileage reimbursement and proof of automobile liability insurance must be maintained.

Minimum Requirements CANDIDATES MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE Must possess four (4) years of full-time increasingly responsible digital/Indigo printing experience, which included at least two (2) years in a full-scope supervisory/management capacity.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATE CERTIFICATION: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Improvement Professional In Print (IPP), Microsoft or HP Indigo Certifications (relevant to position).
Certification MUST be attached. -OR- EDUCATION: Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed college coursework from an accredited college or university in Public/Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Project Management, or
closely related field.
Transcripts MUST be submitted with the application if the applicant does not possess a completed Associate's degree in one of the qualifying fields of study. EDUCATION Qualifying degrees or coursework must be completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education. - Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Improvement Professional In Print (IPP), Microsoft or HP Indigo Certifications.
- Experience in a centralized, public sector purchasing department with direct printing experience.
- Customer service driven and results-focused in order to provide prompt and efficient service; including prioritization of customer services.
