Job Location: This position will be located at Harry S Truman State Office Building, 301 W. High Street, Jefferson City, MO 65102

Specifically, the Division of Personnel (DOP) is looking for a senior human resources professional to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team! You will work with a group of creative, talented professionals as we advance modern recruitment practices for OA and the entire state of Missouri! We work hard and with a sense of urgency - we do the important work of helping attract new talent to public service! You will enjoy a rewarding contribution to the greater good while having some fun along the way.

What you’ll do:





Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or similar field, or three to five years of professional experience in talent acquisition or human resources. Additional education and/or experience may substitute for these qualifications.

Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include professional references and criminal background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.

Salary:

$55,000.00-$61,000.00 per Year
