Semi-Monthly Salary: $1,594.84 * Annual Salary $38,276.16 Day Shift (Saturday/Sunday Off)

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center is looking for a positive, energetic and

organized Senior Accounts Assistant.

Responsibilities :

This position is responsible for processing payments accurately and timely; receiving purchase orders, receivers, invoices, and expense reports; coding purchase requisitions; coordinating lodging and/or vehicle rental arrangements, reservations, confirmations, and payment with state issued Visa Pro-Card and then auditing, preparing, and processing the Pro-Card transaction log in order to validate charges on statement and enter payment document. This position will also enter assets and provide supporting documentation for approval to acquire, transfer, and dispose of inventory items.

Eligibility :

• Knowledge of basic research methods related to financial transactions

• Knowledge of CIMOR and SAM II

• Ability to identify and resolve transactional issues

• 3-5 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed)
