Position Description
Under the supervision of the Managing Director, the Workforce Development Coordinator's responsibilities will include close collaboration with rural healthcare organizations, community stakeholder teams, healthcare professionals, and program team members to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate rural education initiatives involving students at the K-12, post-secondary, and collegiate levels. This role works with local rural school districts on related health education programs, colleges within the HSC service region, and on grant evaluation initiatives in the division of rural affairs related to workforce programs.

Major/Essential Functions

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six (6) years.
