Provides administrative and clerical support for the Downtown Development Board (DDB) and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Advisory Board, as well as related committee meetings. Duties include scheduling and coordinating meetings; preparing and distributing agendas, notices, and board related files; attending meetings; recording and preparing meeting minutes; and maintaining accurate records and files in accordance with legal requirements.

Provides general administrative support to staff, including calendar management, coordination of deadlines, processing documents to ensure timely submission, and responding to routine questions from staff and the public. Work is performed under the supervision of the Assistant Director .

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Business Administration or secretarial technical training and two (2) years of progressively responsible secretarial or administrative work; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience recording minutes preferred. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Required to become a Public Notary within probationary period (within 6 months of hire). Must type 25 CWPM. Experience with community development or a citizen board desired .
