The Senior Management Analyst serves as a strategic partner within the City Manager's Office, supporting organizational excellence, innovation, and community impact. This position works directly with the City Manager and other members of the executive leadership team on high-priority initiatives, special projects, research, policy development, and cross-organizational collaboration.

Key Responsibilities


Qualifications

Experience:A minimum of two years of professional level experience, preferably in local government, is required. Experience with policy development, budgeting, and/or strategic planning is preferred, along with experience supporting executive leadership.

Education:A Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or related field is required.
