The Job

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for Neurodiagnostic Technologists who perform a variety of complex neurodiagnostic tests including Evoked Potential examinations, Trans Cranial Doppler studies (TCD), Nerve Conduction Velocity tests (NCV), Electroencephalogram (EEG), and Ambulatory EEGs. In addition, positions assist physicians and provide specialized tests and studies; interpret the graphic output during test recording and modify tests accordingly; and determine electrode combinations to define focal abnormalities during examinations and observe patients.

ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER

Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles), Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. ARMC is the primary teaching hospital for the adjacently located California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM), the Inland Empire's newest medical school.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Pre-Employment Process: Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, physical and verification of employment history and education.

Availability: Candidates in this position work Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM. On-call availability is required for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Sponsorship: San Bernardino County is not able to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future.

Minimum Requirements

Experience: Two (2) years of clinical experience providing neurodiagnostic services to patients.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of experience performing in all types of Neurodiagnostic examinations.

Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
are highly desired and should be noted on the application. Candidates who wish to be considered for bilingual positions must indicate bilingual skills on the application and pass a language competency examination to receive bilingual compensation as applicable.
